Partner Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Moxa Americas is seeking a highly motivated, strategic Channel Marketing & Partner Growth Manager to drive partner engagement, distributor marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth across North America.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute channel marketing strategies, serve as a trusted marketing advisor to distributor partners, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and measure and report on marketing program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in channel, partner, distributor, or alliance marketing
• Experience within a technology manufacturer, industrial technology company, distributor, VAR, systems integrator, or agency supporting multiple client accounts
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience presenting to customers, partners, or executive audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on marketing performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to learn new platforms
• Ability to travel approximately 15–25% for partner meetings, trade shows, and events
