Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions to support service bookings, generate new business, and strengthen customer relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate home-service solutions, and converting leads into scheduled appointments or sales.
What You Will Do
Receive inbound calls from new and returning customers, provide clear information about company services, and schedule appointments for field technicians. Conduct outbound calls to Milestone members to coordinate and schedule their membership service visits.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of inside sales, call center, customer service, or related experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Skilled in managing objections and guiding customers toward service solutions
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet or exceed performance targets
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and alignment with company values
