Role Overview
This role is in our fee accounting team, responsible for fee accounting for public housing authorities, ensuring clients’ financials are accurate and timely.
What You Will Do
Run reports, enter budget data, analyze client data, prepare budgets, and submit reports in compliance with HUD requirements.

Requirements
- Financial and/or accounting principles knowledge / experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with accountants and management
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
- A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility
