Digital Asset Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Join the Trust & Integrity Protection team to help shape the future of Digital Asset compliance and operations at scale. As a Digital Asset Enablement Manager, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of programs that enable digital asset owners to operate confidently and compliantly throughout the asset lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Develop and own end-to-end enablement strategies, guidance, and resources, establish and maintain a centralized source of truth, design and operationalize support programs, partner with vendors and stakeholders, monitor and improve the asset owner experience, and drive adoption of best practices and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, compliance, governance, enablement, training, or customer success
• Experience developing and scaling operational guidance, training content, knowledge management systems, or enablement programs
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business and technical organizations
