Full Stack Data Analyst

Role Overview

MSX is looking for a Full Stack Data Analyst to act in the management and maintenance of the data cycle of NPS and customer satisfaction in Latin America.

What You Will Do

Support the CX Dealers and concessionaires team in understanding the results and reports of NPS, investigate non-delivered research, and explain the operation of operational routines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or Business Intelligence, and advanced knowledge in SQL and Power BI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or Business Intelligence
• Proven experience in end-to-end data processes (ETL, treatment, de-duplication, and validation)
• Experience with customer experience data (NPS, CSAT, Voice of Customer)
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and Power BI (DAX and Power Query)
• Intermediate Python for automation of routines and data treatment
• Knowledge in integration of multiple sources (Databricks, Cognos, spreadsheets, and external supplier databases) and advanced Excel
• Advanced Spanish (interlocution with the regional operation in Latin America) and intermediate to advanced English
