What You Will Do
Support the credit analysis and management of the Sponsor/Direct Lending opportunities, perform due diligence on new transactions, and provide support for evaluating, structuring and negotiating terms and credit agreements with Sponsor clients.

Requirements
- GPA of 3.3 or above
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFA candidacy
- Work experience in financial institutions or equivalent credit risk related function analyzing corporate customers
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
