Role Overview
Complete sales targets, business development activities, and local market strategies for the assigned region. Develop customer relationships and follow up on projects. Develop and implement technical solutions, quotations, and bidding processes.
What You Will Do
Coordinate with cross-functional departments and external partners when necessary. Coordinate with production and operations (OPS) to follow up on delivery and production issues. Sales reports, contract processes, customer information, and other sales-related documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC or related fields, or mechanical, electrical, or other engineering backgrounds
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the relevant field
- Prior experience working for multinational companies is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other software
- 50% or more of travel frequency
- Good English skills
