Requirements
- Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
- Leadership skills to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals
- Strong understanding of luxury automotive customers and their expectations
- Exceptional sales skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and enthusiasm of luxury vehicles and the luxury automotive market
