Requirements

• At least +5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles
• At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs
• Market Mastery: A proven track record of independently building and scaling new partner relationships specifically within the Spanish market
• Linguistic Fluency: Professional fluency in Spanish is required; fluency in English is essential for collaboration with our international team
