Role Overview

The Head of Marketing is responsible for the leadership, development, and engagement of NAB’s Marketing capability within the NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam.

What You Will Do

The role provides people leadership across a diverse team of marketing technology, personalisation, marketing data, analytics, governance, and operational specialists.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystems
• Proven experience partnering closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Marketing Technology teams
• Significant people leadership experience leading medium to large teams
• Demonstrated success leading leaders and specialist professionals
• Experience building and scaling capability centres or shared services teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability across multiple business functions
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development
• Strong coaching and leadership development capability
• Experience operating in complex corporate environments
