Role Overview
CompassCare is seeking an independent and accomplished professional to lead business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in aging, hospitality, and business development, and will manage relationships with referral partners and cultivate high-value referral relationships.
What You Will Do
Initiate, cultivate, and expand referral relationships with new and existing sources, execute marketing campaigns and events, and grow the business through referral growth, quality and quantity of leads, and increased brand awareness.
