Senior Analyst, FP&A

National Vision is hiring a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support enterprise-wide financial planning activities. The role will combine rigorous analysis with ownership of planning cadence, process execution, and analytical standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A in a retail or healthcare environment
• 3+ years of participation and partial ownership of transformation initiatives
• 2-4 years of power user/contributor to financial & data systems improvements
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s Degree (MBA) is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Experience using enterprise planning systems (Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
