Manager, Sales Operations & Communication
Location: US (remote, travel required)

What will your mission be?
To enable execution across NatureSweet’s commercial organization by leading key operational, communication, and coordination functions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and discipline across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
What we are looking for in you:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Event Management, or similar roles
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex logistics and cross-functional coordination
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and administrative processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Ability to operate with ownership, speed, and clarity in a remote environment
Languages
- English and Spanish preferred
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and commercial events, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Manage logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site execution for industry and customer events
- Support sales budget planning and oversee broker administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Own and manage the Sales Portal, ensuring materials are updated, organized, and accessible
- Coordinate with Marketing on inventory, distribution, and logistics of commercial assets and materials
- Lead planning and execution of the annual National Sales Meeting (NSM)
- Act as a central hub across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Maintain strong communication and visibility with stakeholders in a remote, cross-functional environment

At NatureSweet, base salary is part of our total compensation package and is established within a defined range. Compensation is determined based on role-related criteria such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location, always under principles of internal equity and fair, transparent practices. This position includes an annual performance bonus, calculated as a percentage of the annualized salary and subject to company results and individual performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package aligned with the level and responsibilities of the position.
