Associate Web Developer Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Website Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a fast, scalable, and modern web experience.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a seamless user experience both for site editors and visitors. Develop and maintain our Sanity CMS implementation, including content schemas, content models, GROQ queries, Studio configuration and editor experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in headless architecture, API development, and both front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, and Node.js.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development
• Experience with headless architecture and a headless editor
• Experience with Hugo or another static site generator
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and GitHub
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with headless architecture and API development
• Experience developing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Experience with git and continuous integration workflow
• Experience with Sanity CMS or similar headless platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Netlify)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the web stack
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical problems and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
