Role Overview

Join NAVEX’s Business Development Team as a Business Development Representative, researching, prospecting, and contacting leads to generate qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. This role is a great step into the exciting world of tech sales, with opportunities for growth and career development.

What You Will Do

Exceed monthly quota by assessing prospect fit, generating qualified business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and conversations with prospects, and documenting leads and activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English
  • 1 year’s sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience
  • Technical acumen to ramp up quickly on core technologies such as Salesforce, Groove, etc.
  • Tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
  • Grit and know-how with a curious and creative mindset to set goals to achieve bigger outcomes
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, presentations skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives to engage and influence executive-level decision makers
