Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst at NAVEX, you will be a core member of a tight-knit FP&A team, reporting to the Associate Manager, FP&A. You will own a high-impact territory across COGS, Product & Engineering, Facilities, IT, & Information Security, leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, owning monthly variance analysis, and identifying process improvements.

What You Will Do

You will drive the financial story behind a high-impact FP&A territory, build models that drive real decisions, and turn variance into action. You will also move at the speed of the business during forecast, budget, and close cycles, and get in front of senior leadership to author financial narratives and risk/opportunity callouts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM field
  • 5+ years in FP&A, accounting, or a similarly analytical finance role
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills
  • Experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools is a plus
