Oversee and manage all aspects of People Operations and Payroll functions within the company. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll, or related HR roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
