The Business Development Officer will be responsible for recruiting and managing borrowing customers under the Micro-SME segment, ensuring growth of quality loan portfolio, and engaging with external and internal business stakeholders to promote the bank’s interests.
Requirements
- Holder of First degree or its equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, Banking, Economics, Planning and/or relevant fields from recognized higher learning institution.
- At least 1 year working experience in the Banking industry.
- Experience in Micro-SME lending will be an added advantage.
