Manager, FP&A

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, FP&A to oversee O&T’s OCF financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis. The role will manage a team of 1 individual and provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of OCF annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, analyzing key metrics and trends, and summarizing for executive level presentations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide regular reporting on OCF performance, variances, and trends
• Develop and manage headcount planning and consolidation, including monthly tracking and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and financial goals
• Perform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis and other requests from corporate or senior management
• Oversee O&T reporting hierarchies and system solution (Essbase), serve as liaison to IT support team to design, test and implement functionality improvements
