As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and help match customers with the right Caterpillar equipment solutions. This is a performance-driven sales role with a competitive annual base salary and significant upside for top performers.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of business or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Comfortable working in a structured sales environment with clear expectations
- Ability to learn technical product information
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
