Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the NCR Banking North American (NAMER) Go to Market (GTM) model by transforming the sales operations support function to deliver improved service and support to the sales team through information & management reporting and effective & efficient administrative activities.

Provide best-in-class data and analytics, partner to execute sales strategy, improve operational systems, processes, and policies, lead sales transformation efforts, drive operational cadence, and support financial analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in business/finance/engineering
• 2 – 5 years of finance/operations experience in sales support
• Proven track record in business transformation projects
• Have led BPR (business process re-engineering) projects and organizational re-design
• Strong business-to-business, analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills
• Metrics & results driven with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Proven process mapping, gap analysis, and business problem solving skills
• Proven ability to leverage relationships to obtain information necessary to provide the team with the most current business information
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment & prioritize effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to both senior financial / operational management, sales management, and executive management
• Candidate must be self-motivated, directed person, detail oriented with high learning agility
