Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team at Neos Networks. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer who wants to develop their career within a fast-paced B2B technology and telecommunications business.
What You Will Do
You’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support revenue growth across our business.

You’ll work closely with sales, product and commercial teams, taking ownership of campaign delivery while learning from an experienced and supportive marketing function.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a B2B marketing role
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to drive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A highly proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive activity forward
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience using marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or similar
- Familiarity with website analytics platforms such as GA4
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
