Requirements

- Strong understanding of brand building, cultural trends, and consumer behaviour with the ability to spot high-impact opportunities.
- Ability to develop and pitch compelling partnership ideas that balance creativity with commercial results.
- Skilled in managing complex deals, evaluating performance, and uniting teams with an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset.
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring collaboration performance across brand, media, and commercial metrics.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence and align diverse internal and external partners.
