Role Overview
The Manager, Partner Experience CoE is responsible for leading Partner Program Operations, Program Assessments, Deal Registration Operations, and operational excellence initiatives that support NetApp’s partner ecosystem.

Drive operational efficiency, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring scalable and partner-centric processes.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Programs, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading operational teams.
- Experience managing partner programs, assessments, deal registration, channel operations, or partner governance activities.
- Proven track record of driving operational transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, Partner Organizations, and external vendors.
- Hands-on experience implementing workflow automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, or process modernization initiatives.
- Strong project and program management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
