Role Overview

This role focuses on AI-driven growth video and image content production for overseas markets. The position involves using mainstream AI generation models and editing tools to create ad creatives that balance aesthetic quality and conversion effectiveness. The role is based in Singapore and supports the content needs of the overseas growth business.

What You Will Do

Independently handle creative ideation, asset generation, and post-production for growth ad videos and marketing images. Build an automated visual asset production pipeline using AI Agents for ad video generation, marketing image generation, and website page design. Deconstruct high-converting ad visuals into reusable prompt strategies and Agent workflows. Establish a quantitative evaluation system for content quality and ad delivery performance, and ensure scaled quality assurance for batch-produced content.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Candidates with 5+ years of experience in ad video design or overseas growth asset design and 2+ years in AI-driven design are preferred. The role requires strong business acumen in overseas growth ad creative workflows and systematic logic capability. Data sensitivity and industry insight into image/video generation technologies are also valued.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in ad video design, internet visual design, or overseas growth asset design
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI-driven design, automated asset production, or Agent products
• Deep understanding of mainstream image/video generation foundation models and Agent tools
• Familiarity with overseas growth ad creative workflows (in-feed video ads, TikTok/YouTube/Meta ad assets, landing page and campaign page visuals)
• Strong ability to deconstruct narrative pacing, camera language, audio-visual synergy, layout composition, color systems, visual hierarchy, and image-copy coordination
• Excellent aesthetic perception and visual language understanding
• Strong product abstraction ability
• Skilled at problem attribution through data analysis
• Continuously track technology and product advances in image/video generation, design Agents, and intelligent workflows
