Netflix is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead program management for Marketing Partnerships’ creative project management tools. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Strategy & Operations, or Creative Program Management, and fluency in Airtable and other no-code, low-code solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a highly cross-functional Marketing Operations, Creative Strategy & Operations, or Creative Program Management role
- Fluency in Airtable and other no-code, low-code solutions
- Experience in program management creative workflows strongly preferred
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to socialize, explain, and’sell’ new and complex strategies, practices, and workflows
- Experience in relationship building with global marketing teams
- Passionate about using AI to enhance workflows
- High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for the Netflix culture
