Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. The role involves working closely with customers and partners, providing feedback to the Product Management team, and traveling within the territory. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of presenting technical information at a business executive level and have experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration
- Proficient in mobile device technologies and OS
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions
- Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN Deployments
