Senior Project Manager, Specialty Finance Operations (Fund Launch & Platform Enablement)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of specialty finance funds and external investment platforms. The role requires deep specialty finance expertise and the ability to drive timely decisions and execution in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Build and own the integrated project plan, lead cross-workstream risk and issue resolution, provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, and leverage industry knowledge to guide fund and deal structuring.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18+ years of experience in financial services, including 7-10+ years in specialty finance/asset-backed finance, and a deep understanding of specialty finance lifecycles.

• Bachelor’s degree
