Senior Developer, AI and Agentforce

Role Overview

As a Senior Developer on the AI Acceleration team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, AI-powered solutions across Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360, as well as net-new AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Do

You will build Agentforce agents and automations, architect underlying data foundations, prototype emerging AI capabilities, and craft the Apex and LWCs that help bring these solutions to life.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Salesforce’s Apex language and coding patterns/best practices
• Strong foundation in overall software development principles, including programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and source tracking with Git
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs
• Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360
• Experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations
• Demonstrated curiosity about, and hands-on experimentation with, AI technologies beyond core Salesforce (LLM APIs, agent frameworks, emerging tooling)
• Strong ability to learn and acquire new technical skills quickly to solve business problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
