Executive, Sales Operations

Role Overview

Manage and coordinate customer sales orders, ensure accurate recording of pricing, product, quantity, delivery schedule, and supporting documents. Coordinate product availability and delivery requirements with Production and relevant teams.

What You Will Do

Monitor outstanding orders, proactively follow up on fulfilment, assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, prepare sales reports and dashboards, maintain customer information, sales records, CRM/database, and sales pipeline.

Support sales process improvement, digitalization, automation, and development of SOPs, identify order, inventory, or delivery risks, and escalate for timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Finance or other relevant disciplines
• 2-3 years experiences in related field
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, reporting, or data-management systems would be an advantage
• Relevant working experience in sales operations, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations, or related functions
• Experience supporting B2B sales and/or agriculture/plantation-related businesses would be an advantage
