Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst is a member of the New Era Finance team, assisting with accounting, tax compliance, reporting, reconciliations, payments, and other finance-related activities.

What You Will Do

Support estimated tax, extension, property tax, and royalty withholding payments, prepare monthly transfer pricing calculations, intercompany invoices, and related journal entries, and maintain fixed asset records and process monthly depreciation calculations.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with SAP and Sage Fixed Assets software preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with tasks
• Able to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with individuals at varying levels in the organization
• Able to build relationships with others and collaborate within a team environment
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and the ability to learn new concepts and processes
