Analytics Manager (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview

The Analytics Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of data across the business, championing clarity and consistency within data, and empowering the business with enriched data models. The role involves leadership, data mining, advanced analytics, optimisation, collaboration, and development.

What You Will Do

The Analytics Manager will manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations, work cross-functionally with marketing and BMD teams, explore opportunities to add or enhance existing data sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of statistical and analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-analysts
• Proven experience in leading analytics projects from conception to implementation.
• Strong understanding of analytical modelling techniques (e.g., random forest, k-means, linear regression).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
