Role Overview
This role is a dedicated resource for an assigned customer or account team at Newell Brands, a leading consumer products company. The Associate supports Sales and may also assist Supply Chain, eCommerce/Digital Merchandising, and Category Management/Analytics with executional, basic reporting, entry-level analytical, and administrative tasks. The role owns defined coordination and execution processes while providing flexible support in other areas, with functional teams retaining ownership of strategy, decisions, and external relationships.
What You Will Do
Serve as a day-to-day coordination and execution resource for an assigned customer team, attending calls and meetings, coordinating inputs, and following up on actions. Own end-to-end item setup and setup-management, CTL processes, product sample ordering, store audits, and warehouse-area and conference-room readiness tasks. Support Sales with customer calendars, line review preparation, promotion tracking, and other execution needs, and may assist Supply Chain, eCommerce/Digital Merchandising, and Category Management/Analytics with reporting, data pulls, and audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience in CPG, retail, sales support, customer operations, or a related field
- Walmart, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicable customer systems and portals preferred (for example: Retail Link, Item 360, QMS, Quest, Scintilla, Supplier One, NOVA, and Madrid)
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general Windows skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, redirect quickly, and consistently follow tasks through to completion
- Collaborative communicator with strong follow-up, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a bias for action, a team-oriented mindset, and the judgment to surface challenges with potential solutions
