Product Operations Specialist

NewGlobe is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join their Technology group. The role will be part of the Product Management team and will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness of software products, collaborating with regional IT Operations teams, and leading data analysis for product roll-out in programmes.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in operations, project management and/or product operations function
• Strong understanding and/or experience of project management process
• Strong affiliation and/or experience with data analytics
• Excellent use of Excel and/or proficiency in using Google Workspace for effective decision making
• Ability to develop effective measurement/tracking tools to support business decisions
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
