Manager Inside Sales

Manager Inside Sales will develop and implement a business plan for the accounts assigned to the inside sales team and lead a sales team to achieve performance objectives. Responsibilities include outlining and executing Nexeo sales strategies, guiding team on sales processes, and building relationships cross-functionally and with team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years Business to Business (B2B) sales or sales management experience in chemical, plastics, composites or environmental services, or related industries
  • Demonstrated execution of leadership including accountability, engagement, empowerment
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent and long-term strategy growth
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com and Outlook is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
