Manager Inside Sales will develop and implement a business plan for the accounts assigned to the inside sales team and lead a sales team to achieve performance objectives. Responsibilities include outlining and executing Nexeo sales strategies, guiding team on sales processes, and building relationships cross-functionally and with team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field
- 5+ years Business to Business (B2B) sales or sales management experience in chemical, plastics, composites or environmental services, or related industries
- Demonstrated execution of leadership including accountability, engagement, empowerment
- Proven track record of delivering consistent and long-term strategy growth
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com and Outlook is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
