Role Overview
NexGen Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to renew, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships. The position has a chance to make a large impact on a growing team and company.
What You Will Do
Document all activity and maintain an accurate forecast in Salesforce.com. Grow and develop relationships with the Esprit sales force and their customer base. Provide best in class customer service and work closely with the technical team.

The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of inside sales experience, a proven track record of high level customer service, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years of inside sales experience
- 2+ years of software sales experience
- 1-2+ years of manufacturing sales or experience
- Proven track record of high level customer service
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-team environment
