The Regional Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and driving commercial engagement with key customers and global distribution partners to maximize nexperia revenue, share, and margin. The role involves building and maintaining a region-specific business development plan, engaging with end customers, managing pricing strategy and execution, and creating and managing sales channel strategy.
Requirements
- Strong background in Marketing, tools and methodologies (SWOT, CRM, Lead Management, Business Development strategy…)
- Preferably knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains.
- Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including Diodes, Transistors, ESD/EMI protection, MOSFETS, LOGIC ICS, SiC, IGBT, PMIC… etc.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint skills, Spotfire or PowerBI or comparable.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, result-driven.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt and contribute in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Strong customer mindset, relations buildup capability and interest in global supply chains.
