The Lead Analyst, Growth & Performance will analyze sales performances, diagnose conversion barriers, and develop actionable strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales channel performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, strategy, operations, consulting, or project management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred)
- Experience with AI tools and workflow optimization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable performance improvements
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data insights to operational and customer-experience outcomes
