Senior Deal Desk Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Deal Desk Specialist to strengthen our Global Sales Operations team. You’ll work closely with Sales functions worldwide, as well as Finance, Legal, and Security. You’ll bring business insight and coaching to the table, helping to increase the velocity of our sales engine.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end management of the Deal Desk, manage the deal queue, organize deal reviews, and drive timely decision-making. Review complex deals, provide recommendations on pricing, positioning, and deal structure, and facilitate contract reviews.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• SaaS B2B software industry experience required
• Proven experience supporting Deal Desk operations and complex deals
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset
• Passion for business support, with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Process- and systems-oriented, with strong attention to detail and controls
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the importance of data management and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Office
