Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Markets provides highly specialist high-level financial analysis and accounting-related services to senior organizational leadership as a member of the Capital Markets Management team.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Markets is responsible for providing highly specialized services in financial analysis and reporting, financial management, Profit & Loss accounting, and similar financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 7 years related work experience
• Experience working with Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis and developing financial models
• Knowledge of Private Equity structures
• Knowledge of current trends in conservation finance
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience recruiting, supervising and developing staff
• Experience in developing, directing and implementing multiple projects
• Experience generating reports performing high level financial analysis and recommending corrective action as appropriate
