Nift is seeking a People Operations Manager to join their Finance team. The role will own the full employee lifecycle across the US and internationally, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and reporting to the Head of Finance.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of hands-on HR / People Operations experience
- Direct experience managing both US PEO and at least one international EOR
- Deep familiarity with benefits, compensation, and performance cycles
- Experience handling terminations and sensitive employee matters independently
- Strong preference for startup or high-growth company experience (25-150 employees)
