Role Overview

Develop and execute integrated Brand Marketing plans grounded in deep consumer insights, with primary responsibility for Running and Training. Translate Global/GC strategies into locally relevant campaigns and experiences that drive brand inspiration and business impact.

What You Will Do

Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Marketplace, and other key partners to align priorities, clarify roles and responsibilities, and deliver against shared objectives. Identify and maximize local athletes, communities, moments, and marketplace opportunities to bring brand stories and product innovation to life authentically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Communication, Product Marketing, Consumer Experience, Event Marketing, or O2O consumer journey planning
  • Solid experience working with cross-functional teams and driving projects from strategy through execution
  • Strong understanding of consumers, sport, culture, and marketplace dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing ideas
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Clear and effective communicator who can work collaboratively across different functions, levels, and external partners
