Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Department at Ninja. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partner restaurants, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Ninja platform.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.

Requirements
