Role Overview

We’re a cutting-edge sleep technology company developing innovative solutions that leverage scientific understanding of sleep mechanisms to enhance sleep, learning and cognitive performance. Our team consists of dedicated technologists and engineers pushing the boundaries of sleep science application. We’re looking for a Business Development & Strategy Lead to design and validate go-to-market strategies for our sleep enhancement products.

What You Will Do

Design and validate go-to-market strategies for our sleep enhancement products, develop pricing models and revenue projections across different market segments, identify and prioritize market opportunities in consumer, medical, and enterprise segments, and build relationships with potential partners, investors, and key industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in business development, strategy, or product management
• Track record of bringing innovative technology products to market
• Experience in healthcare, consumer technology, or sleep industry
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build financial models and market projections
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences
• MBA or equivalent business experience
• Demonstrated success in B2C and/or B2B product launches
