Role Overview

Drive equipment sales and sales revenue while leading a team of industry sales professionals. Responsible for delivery of equipment, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales team members. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Ensure all sales employees have the tools and support they require to work efficiently and effectively.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales and management experience, a college diploma or university degree, and a basic understanding of heavy equipment. They will be proactive, have organization and leadership skills, and be able to make decisions that will impact the company.

Requirements

  • College diploma or University degree
  • 5 years sales and management experience or previously parts and service manager
  • 5 years in heavy equipment, or related field preferred
  • Ability to calculate budgets, work with budget sheets, and forecasting
  • Understanding finances for the branches
  • Ability to make decisions that will impact company
  • Organization and leadership skills
  • Creative and outside of the box thinking
