As Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you’ll lead a department of 10+ people across two practice areas, unifying Customer Experience and Inside Sales teams, and building a culture where accountability and customer-first execution are the standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, customer operations, or inside sales leadership
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 8 or more
- Strong cross-functional communication skills — you know how to influence without direct authority
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, order management systems, and SOP development
Benefits
