As Northslope’s first People Operations team member, you’ll improve and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from offer letter to offboarding. You’ll build and iterate on people systems that make sense for our team, culture, and growth trajectory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Operations experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or fast-paced company
- Entrepreneurial ownership mindset
- Employee-first orientation
- Exceptional operational execution
- Bias toward iteration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with multi-jurisdictional complexity
