Role Overview
Leads the development and ongoing refinement of critical digital processes, analyzing and verifying complex digital projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and resolve quality and performance issues.
What You Will Do
Analyzes website functionality, performance metrics, and user behavior patterns to identify opportunities for improvement, and documents epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated
