We are hiring an HR Generalist to own and scale Northwood’s core people operations, with a focus on HRIS administration and employee benefits.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end People Operations programs, including policies, performance management, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Lead benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, FSA, and related programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, payroll, HR policies, and HR systems
- Own day-to-day administration of Northwood’s HRIS (Rippling)
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Partner with leadership and People partners to support annual performance and compensation review cycles
- Build and continuously improve scalable onboarding and off boarding programs
