Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team. This role will bridge advanced data analytics with business and financial analysis, supporting projects that include mergers & acquisitions, cost savings initiatives, and process improvement.

What You Will Do

Build and manage reports and dashboards, analyze large datasets, develop KPIs, construct and interpret financial models, lead process documentation, and deliver structured presentations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and data analysis

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, particularly in M&A, cost savings, and profit/cost analysis
  • Proven ability to document, map, and reengineer business processes
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, delivering structured analysis, and presenting findings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
